6 Non-Dairy Foods High In Calcium For Bones

Everyone knows that for the health of bones and teeth, doctors recommend eating dairy products. But what about people suffering from lactose intolerance? It turns out that calcium is not only in milk, but also in many vegetables and fruits.

List of non-dairy products that are rich in calcium:

1.Almond

Nuts are not the first product that comes to mind when people think of calcium-rich foods, but many nuts contain a significant amount of calcium.
