  • Wait 10 minutes so that the drink is infused. Strain it and add a tablespoon of organic honey to make the infusion sweeter.

How to drink it

  • You must take this infusion every morning on an empty stomach. The course of treatment is 3 weeks.

2. Anise infusion

Anise has carminative properties and cleanses our body of toxins. So, it not only allows you to cope with the gases in the intestines, but also improves its peristalsis. Due to this, the large intestine is more easily released from the accumulated toxins in it.

  • Take this tool should be on an empty stomach for 2-3 weeks.

3. Infusion of Sage

4. Mint infusion
